How It Works

The team at Prime Drug Testing has been in the drug screening industry for over 25 years and understands the needs of customers in this space. To that end, our ordering workflow has been thoughtfully designed to make your life easier.

Scheduling

  1. Select what test to be run
  2. Enter basic demographics of person to be tested (Donor)
  3. Search & Select Clinic to be used for specimen collection (we also have a feature that allows the donor to select the clinic)
  4. Review the Order
  5. Check Out
  6. Use system to print or email testing requisition form to Donor
  7. Donor presents for testing at clinic

Testing & Reporting

  1. Donor’s specimen shipped overnight to SAMHSA certified lab for testing
  2. Lab tests specimen and reports result to Medical Review Officer (MRO)
  3. MRO determines final result status.
  4. Result reports onto Prime Drug Testing
  5. You are notified by email of new test result availability

What happens if the person scheduled never shows up for the test?  Have I lost the money I paid for the test already?

No. That would be unfair. In the event that a test expires and the donor never presented for the test, we have an automated reimbursement process.
